She urged the Council to consider her repeated threats against the United Nations Charter.

In this letter that Ethiopia sent to the Security Council, the Prime Minister of Egypt recently said, “A development project that can be carried out in any country: Egypt must be carried out in a way that does not reduce its historical share on the Nile River.”
She said.
In addition, the letter reminded Ethiopia that Egypt has been building “non-viable” development projects without notifying the countries of the river basin.
