Yosef Berhe, the deputy chairman of Baytona Abai Tigray Party, told Addis Morning that he believes that the current group led by Dr. Debretzion G/Michael will take the lion’s share of the political crisis in Tigray.
He stated that the leaders who are in the lower structure and support the existing structure of the HHW have become a challenge to prevent peaceful political activity in the region, the spread of anarchy and similar problems.
In this regard, the deputy chairman said that it is difficult to say that the interim administration has a better political attitude, but instead of solving problems and answering people’s questions, the fact that the two groups made power their first issue clearly shows what their goals are.
He told Addis Morning that he believes that the ideology of one party, which has dominated Tigray for the past 50 years, should be removed.
