Four individuals who were stealing vehicles by killing drivers at different times were arrested and sentenced to death.
Teodoros Birhane and Yuel Teodoros, who resided in Addis Ababa Gelan sub-city, Saris and Bishoptu, and on the other hand Teferi Tesfaye and Yuhans Arafah, were walking from Addis Ababa Bishoptu and carrying out the act.
