When asked about the camera, she said it was his father’s idea, but the young woman, who says she didn’t go against her father’s decision, added that her parents were very concerned about my safety.
She says the idea came after the brutal murder of a young woman in Karachi, so that the young woman could wear a battery-powered camera on her head when she went out.
The young woman, whom her father describes as a “personal bodyguard,” told me that the surveillance camera would help him keep a close eye on me, and she agreed to do it, she said.
Although many people said that the decision was a foolish act, the young woman said that the violence against women in Karachi is on the rise, so they have a good reason to do this because of the problems my family is facing.
Although it is not clear how the surveillance camera works, many people commented on social media that if someone attacks the young woman, the camera will not be able to protect her.
On the contrary, her family said that just by looking at the security camera, they think that all the people who approach the young woman have bad intentions, which will cause her harm in her future life.
